How to Purchase? Do I need to be a member?

 

You can either make a purchase by logging in as a member or as a guest. For first-time buyers, simply select your desired items, colors, and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment and shipping methods, fill in your details, and you're all set to complete your purchase!

Taiwan Outlying Islands:

  • FamilyMart Pick-up & Pay: NT$65

    • Please note: For convenience store pick-up, locations are limited to those available on the map during checkout.

Hong Kong/Macau/International:

  • Hong Kong/Macau: SF Express, NT$200

  • International: Primarily via Chunghwa Post air parcel, starting from NT$500. Shipping costs may vary by country and will be displayed during checkout.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

 

Your package will be shipped within two business days after your order is confirmed. (Due to recent COVID-19-related delays, some logistics may be slower. Please feel free to contact our customer service via LINE/private message for any order or shipping inquiries.) If your order includes pre-order items, the shipping time will be based on the longest pre-order period (up to 30 days). If you have a specific time you cannot receive the package, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to arrange it for you.


 

Can I combine multiple orders?

 

If you have placed multiple orders and they have not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service with your order numbers to assist with combining them. If the combined package exceeds the courier's size limit, we will merge them into the minimum number of packages possible. Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be combined.

Promotional discounts are calculated per single order and do not apply to combined orders.


 

What if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?

 

We will ship all items together once the pre-order items have arrived. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please place them in a separate order from your pre-order items.


 

Can I cancel my order?

 

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Pre-order items cannot be canceled once they have entered the delivery phase.

If your order includes shopping credits, they will be returned with their original expiration date after cancellation.


 

Can I add items to my order?

 

If your order has not been paid for and has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service to add items. If the order has already been paid for or shipped, you will need to place a new order.


 

Can I change my chosen convenience store location?

 

Before your order is shipped, you can place a new order with the correct store and contact customer service to cancel the original order. Once an order has been shipped, the store location cannot be changed.


 

Does the recipient need to be the person who picks up the package at the convenience store? What about cash on delivery?

 

For pre-paid pick-up, the person picking up the package must be the one whose name is on the package and must present a valid photo ID (e.g., ID card, health insurance card, driver's license). For cash on delivery, the person picking up the package is not required to be the recipient, but they must know the recipient's name and the total amount due.


 

How will I be notified when my pick-up package arrives at the store?

 

Your package is sent directly to the FamilyMart main warehouse. There might be a slight delay in the shipping notification, but the package will arrive at the store much faster. FamilyMart will send a text message notification once the package is ready for pick-up.


 

What if I forget to pick up my convenience store package?

 

If you do not pick up your package within 7 days, it will be returned to the original shipping store, and we will be notified. If this happens by mistake, you get one free reshipment opportunity per order.

If you fail to pick up the package again after the reshipment, you will be added to our list of customers no longer eligible for this service.


 

Where are the products made?

 

Our products are primarily designed in Taiwan and manufactured in China. We also have exclusive designs that are designed and made entirely in Taiwan.
