Q1: Which regions do you offer international shipping to, and what shipping methods are available?
 

For Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia: We offer 7-Eleven cross-border home delivery, or you can choose 7-Eleven store pickup. For 7-Eleven store pickup, you can select SF Express pickup stations. Please download the SF Express app to receive your pickup code.

 


For Other International Regions: We provide international express delivery, primarily through SF Express or EMS. We ship to: Australia, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Japan, Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.


Q2: How are shipping fees and free shipping thresholds calculated for international orders?
 

All shipping fees are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).

  • Hong Kong, Macau: A shipping fee of NT200 applies to orders under NT3,500. Enjoy free shipping on orders of NT$3,500 or more.

  • Singapore, Malaysia: A shipping fee of NT250 applies to orders under NT3,500. Enjoy free shipping on orders of NT$3,500 or more. ([Notice!] The current shipping fee is a special offer of NT$200.)

For Other International Regions:

  • Japan: NT$1,000

  • Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam: NT$500

  • Australia, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland: NT$1,500

Q3: What payment methods are available?

Currently, we only accept credit card payments for all international orders.


Q4: What about customs duties and taxes?

Every country has different import tax regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority must be paid by the recipient. Before placing an order, please be sure to understand your local regulations. The following are duty-free thresholds for some regions for your reference:

  • Hong Kong: While there is no duty-free threshold for shopping, packages under HK$5,000 are very unlikely to be taxed.

  • Macau: Packages under MOP$5,000 are generally not subject to customs duties.

  • Singapore: You are not required to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) for orders under SG$400.

  • Malaysia: You are not required to pay Sales and Service Tax (SST) for orders under MYR$500.

Customs Declared Value Reminder: Please note that the system automatically generates the INVOICE and PACKING LIST using the "original product price" as the basis for the customs declaration.

Tax Threshold Disclaimer: Any mentioned duty-free thresholds are for reference only. The final decision on whether a product is subject to taxation is determined solely by the customs authority.


Q5: How long does international delivery take?

  • Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia: After your order is shipped, delivery is expected to take 3-5 business days.

  • Other International Regions: After your order is shipped, delivery is expected to take 10-20 business days.

Reminder: Actual delivery times may be longer due to courier operations or customs clearance in each country. We will notify you by email once your package has been shipped. If you need a tracking number, please contact customer service.


Q6: What if I receive a defective item or need to return/exchange an order?

Exchanges: Due to the complex nature of international shipping, we do not offer an exchange service for international orders.

Return Process: If you receive a defective item, please take photos and contact our customer service team within 7 days of signing for the package. Our team will help you confirm the issue and provide a return address in Taiwan. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs to return the item. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your credit card company and may show up in the following month's bill.
